Two tracks, one way of working.

Marketing strategy and campaigns, or AI and automation: first you get a plan your management can steer by, then a result your own people carry.

Track 1Marketing

From strategy to campaign and reporting.

Not a series of loose actions but one line: what we want to achieve, with whom, through which channels, and how we’ll know it’s working.

  1. Strategy

Positioning, audiences, offer and channels in one document your management reads and approves. With a budget estimate and the choice of what we won’t do.

You get a strategy your management approves, with a budget and what we won’t do

    Agreed lead time
  2. Plan

Campaign plan with funnel, messages per stage, channels, schedule and KPIs. Who does what, with which resources, and how we’ll see that it’s working.

You get a campaign plan with funnel, channels, schedule and KPIs

    Agreed lead time
  3. Campaigns

Set-up and execution: ads, email, landing pages and content, together with your team or the partners you already have. We steer, you keep ownership of accounts and data.

You get campaigns that run, on accounts in your organisation’s name

    Agreed per campaign
  4. Reporting

One report per period with the figures that matter, what we adjust and what we stop. Written for the people who decide, not for the people running the campaign.

You get one report per period: what works, what we adjust, what stops

    Monthly or per campaign
Track 2AI and automation

From the decision to a working pilot.

First the decision, then the tool. After the quick scan you know whether an application is worth the investment, and exactly what the pilot asks for.

  1. Intake

One conversation to sharpen the decision: what has to be decided, by whom, and by when. Without a sharp question we don’t start.

You get the decision to be made, in one sentence

    Agreed lead time
  2. Quick scan

One use case examined for value, risk and feasibility. We talk to the people who do the work and the people who decide, and we look at the data and systems already in place.

You get a decision memo with value, risk, feasibility and advice

    Agreed lead time
  3. Go/no-go

The decision memo goes to your management. You decide: go, no-go, or go with conditions. A no-go costs nothing extra and is a good result.

You get a decision by your management: go, no-go or go with conditions

    One meeting
  4. Pilot

On a go we build the application within a defined scope, together with the people who will take it over internally. Every pilot has an end date and a criterion.

You get a working application within a defined scope

    Agreed lead time
  5. Handover

Documentation, training and agreements on management. The goal is that you no longer need us to carry on.

You get documentation, training and management by your own people

    Included in the pilot

You can stop after every step.

Strategy and quick scan deliver a decision. Campaigns and pilot deliver a result. Prices are fixed and agreed before the start, excluding VAT.

About the approach.

Can we start with one track?

Yes, most organisations do. A campaign produces figures you can later base an AI decision on; a quick scan often reveals where marketing is losing time. Whether the second track ever follows is up to you.

Do you work with our agency or our freelancers?

Yes. We write the strategy and the plan, steer the execution and report. Who makes the ads or the design is something we agree together; often it’s the partners you already have.

What if the quick scan ends in a no-go?

Then you have a well-founded reason not to invest, which is exactly what the scan is for. The price of the scan stays the same.

Which technology do you work with?

Whatever is already in place, if it’s enough: usually Microsoft 365 with Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Power BI, HubSpot for marketing and sales, and n8n for integrations your own team can manage.

How do you avoid dependency?

Accounts, data and applications are in your organisation’s name. From day one, someone from your side sits next to us as an administrator, not a spectator. Everything is documented, and the handover is part of the scope.

Do you also work for SMEs?

Yes, SMEs are one of our four target groups. A marketing department isn’t a requirement; what matters is someone who can decide and someone who carries it afterwards. Strategy and budget scale with the organisation.

Start with the decision, not with the tool or the channel.

One half-hour conversation. Then you’ll know whether a strategy or a quick scan is worth it.
